1acd546809 Improve UI of contextual reference template 
This stranded template is referenced only from two other templates in the project. I'm not sure why it was given its own base. I've removed that and make it inherit from the only base.html to keep the UI consistent.

0803c57b86 Style how to show default value and admonitions 
This is the longest and the most tedius doc file to manage. I've remove bullet points for settings and moved the default value inline. (this is inspired by how django-allauth docs shows its configuration). This also remove duplicate mention of the setting. Added caution or note admonitions where needed and fixed simple formatting. Looks more scannable. The TOC on the header is removed as the new theme shows it by default on the right side bar

6f331061d5 Fix table render block which didn't appear in the document 
Tables can be better rendered with the csv syntax as it doesn't need manual alignment. The optional integrations table was never rendered

The configuration tables have been changed to use the csv table syntax which is more manageable. Most syntax was written for markdown which has been adopted to RST syntax
