台账 §四来源 E E-P2-3：仓库夹带工具目录 .dsh/.workbuddy/.trae 被 git 跟踪（应移除跟踪并加 .gitignore）。

实测（2026-10-15）

git 仍跟踪 15 文件：.trae/documents/ 8 + .trae/specs/ 2 + .dsh/skills/ 3 + .workbuddy/memory/ 1。
.gitignore 仅含 .workbuddy/，缺 .trae/、.dsh/。

处置（依据 AGENTS.md 铁律 14《仓库入库规范》）

工具私有状态/一次性任务现场（C4/C7）不入 git：

git rm -r --cached .trae .dsh .workbuddy
.gitignore 增补 .trae/、.dsh/

注：.trae/skills/ 本就未被跟踪；本单仅对齐「工具目录不入库」，不涉及技能资产是否另立仓保存。

验收标准

git ls-files | grep -E '^(\\.trae|\\.dsh|\\.workbuddy)/' 为空
.gitignore 含 .trae/、.dsh/
磁盘文件仍在（仅去跟踪，不删文件）

.gitignore 含两条	`grep -nE '^\\.(trae\|dsh)/' .gitignore`	命中 `.trae/` 与 `.dsh/`
磁盘文件保留	`ls .trae/documents \| wc -l` / `ls .dsh/skills \| wc -l`	文件仍在（仅 `rm --cached`，未删磁盘）

代码：commit f87998e（chore(repo): #330 工具目录 .trae/.dsh/.workbuddy 去跟踪 + .gitignore），17 files changed / 3206 deletions（index-only）。
发布：git-20261015090830 → git-20261015145654。

结论: 全部验收标准达成，凭证可复现。
